Good News! Thursday night classes will continue (with a small change in format) while our fabulous leader is away. We will still have two classes - one after another. You can stay for both or just one. It's only $5 per class.

Ashtanga Style Vinyasa, links breath with movement creating a rhythmic moving meditation. This is a challenging and fast paced practice with a rich history. This practice is suitable for beginners.

Wind down for the evening with this relaxing and rejuvenating class. We will do approximately 1/2 an hour of gentle yoga followed by 1/2 an hour of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a form of conscious relaxation. You will be guided through a series of exercises to help you relax and calm the mind.
>>> What to bring - Yoga mat, sunglasses, water, sunscreen, blanket or beach towel. (*For yoga nidra, bring an extra blanket and dress warm).
