We are a group of dedicated meditators in the Theravada Buddhist tradition of the Thai Forest Masters. We practice Breath Meditation as taught by the Buddha and his disciples. We begin practice with a little chanting in Pali, then listen to a Dhamma talk. We end the meditation with a Metta chant.
We are open to all, you do not have to consider yourself Buddhist to participate. We would like to offer a meditation experience rooted in the Dhamma whether you are a long-time practitioner or just curious. We typically meditate for one hour, but you are free to practice shorter.
