All who are interested and enthusiastic about NVC are welcome, regardless of your level of training or knowledge of NVC. The focus of the group will be on learning/reviewing the NVC concepts and gaining fluency in the NVC language. Each meeting will include an opportunity for receiving and providing empathy
For those interested, there will be opportunities to teach, facilitate, and lead.

Non Violent Communication (NVC) is an approach to listening and speaking that leads us to give from the heart, connecting us with ourselves and with each other that allows our natural compassion to flourish. My goal is for the group to be a collaborative endeavor that everyone buys into. Below are the proposed discussion topics and dates (we can adjust the schedule and discussion topics as the group sees fit). The focus of the first meetings will follow the chapters of the book Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life by Marshall Rosenberg.
