How often do you walk?

Three times a week.

Where would you like the group to have a walk?

Any where there are soft unpaved paths such as limestone within 15 to 20 miles of Forest Park, IL.

How fast do you walk? How far do you walk?

I'm a slow walker as I just a beginner. I walk 3 miles in the first hour, and 2 miles in the second hour and 1 mile in the third hour............then I'm a donner! I walked as far as 6 miles. Would prefer to walk 5 miles on Saturdays.

When would you like to walk?

Presently my walking schedule is set for Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturdays as I need to rest my muscles on the other days. I prefer to walk an hour to an hour and half on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Saturdays, I prefer to walk an hour or two.

What are the most common reasons that stop you from taking a walk?

Motivation. Laziness. Walking alone with no structured day or time to begin.


I enjoy the outdoors, walking, hiking and biking. I prefer soft unpaved paths such as limestone to walk on as they are gentle on ones knees.
