How often do you walk?

Not enough, but a reasonable goal would be a minimum of 3 times a week.

Where would you like the group to have a walk?

Local Forest Park area and forest preserves, especially those in the Palos area. Chicago lakefront, Fox river valley trails, & possibly state parks like Starved Rock, Indiana dunes, and Warren Dunes, & Devil's Lake.

How fast do you walk? How far do you walk?

I walk as fast & as far as my legs will take me. I can walk for a couple of hours or more with no problem.

When would you like to walk?

Evenings during the week and weekends.

What are the most common reasons that stop you from taking a walk?

Lack of discipline maybe just plain laziness. If I had a firm schedule or someone depending on me, I'd probably walk more regularly.

Walking is a great activity for seeing a place up-close and for socializing with people. And it's a daily habit that fosters good health.
