    The best way to enjoy a delicious cheese plate is by slowing down first. To catch all the nuances, all of the scents and flavors, you need to open your senses and take deep breaths. Join Forrest Yoga teachers Anna Schabold and Sarah Steimer for a yoga class focused on turning on your mindfulness with deep breathing and relaxation. We will follow the practice with Virtue Cider and a tasting of five artisan cheese with Chicago’s cheese preacher, Erika Kubick of Cheese Sex Death. Wear stretchy pants, bring a mat, and come hungry.     Something that I've learned in my Forrest Yoga practice is that we are always one deep breath away from changing the way that we feel inside. Would you like to learn how to use deep breathing as a way to move through your day centered and grounded? Learn three simple breath exercises that you can use anytime throughout your day to relieve tension and help you relax. All levels of practitioners welcome. Discover how changing the way you breathe can help you change the way you feel. Street/work clothes could be worn for this practice - take a pause in your day just for you. Bring a blanket or something that is comfortable to sit on. Looking forward to breathing with you soon!

Would you like to learn how to use deep breathing as a way to move through your day centered and grounded? Learn three simple breath exercises that you can use anytime throughout your day to relieve tension and help you relax. All levels of practitioners welcome. Discover how changing the way you breathe can help you change the way you feel. We will do a few simple and gentle yoga poses to warm up our bodies and get focused on breathing deeply for ourselves. Street/work clothes could be worn for this practice - take a midday break just for you. Yoga mat optional but not necessary, a blanket or something that is comfortable to sit on works, too. Looking forward to breathing with you soon!
