This is a group for folks who want to get functionally fit, work up a sweat outdoors and have a blast in the process. I'm a CrossFit L2 Certified Trainer, just moved here from DC/NYC and looking to hit the ground running with some outdoor workouts in Holiday Park. Who is with me? We'll meet outside my place, so we'll find an area and get to work! This is for people with a base level of fitness, who want to push it to the next level and get a kick butt workout in.
