This whole foods plant based lifestyle group is for anyone who is able to meetup at Fort Meade and is interested in adopting a whole foods plant based lifestyle to lose weight, get healthy, and get moving! Anyone who is living the plant based lifestyle or wants to learn more about it is welcome to join. I hope we can come together to share tips, recipes, food and inspire each other to get healthy. I would like to meet once a week to provide ongoing support and guidance.
