Welcome to the Southwest Florida Spanish Language Meetup! We are excited you have joined us. Our Meetup's goal is to provide a comfortable and safe environment where one can come to practice Spanish.
We practice our language skills in-person. We normally meet 2-3 times per month, and in addition to language exchange, we share and enjoy each other's culture and ideas. We will sometimes plan excursions (movie, kayak trips, picnics) for those who live in Southwest Florida.
For beginners, we want to emphasize that we are a discussion-oriented group instead of a class, and while Spanish speakers of all levels are welcome, along with native Spanish speakers, we typically discuss topics at a level more appropriate for intermediate and advanced speakers.
We want you to give us a try to see if we are the right place for you!
