Calling all Dance Fitness and Cardio Artists who love unique and fun fitness activities that will get them in shape! This group is also for anyone who loves Dance Fitness! We will dance like no one is watching while we burn, burn, burn calories. Some of the classes are Zumba, Pole Fitness, Bodywork, BARRE Buttz & Gutz, Belly Dancing and more! We will also have special events such as Ladies Night, Morning Dance Parties, Glow Parties and more! No skills are required.....just bring the fun and excitement with you! *Must be 18 to participate*
