What we're about

There are dozens of issues we as founders and CEOs of startups, growing, or stable companies experience and understand. We have learned that it is lonely at the top. And that the community at large assumes we have it all figured out. We don’t. As of now, there are very limited resources for founders and CEOs to have open sessions to work through problems together. This meetup is changing that.

We define a founder or CEO as the following: An individual who has taken steps to validate a concept, create and iterate on the development of a product, understand its’ target audience and take it to market. Someone who has either validated a revenue model or is working through understanding who will pay and what they’re willing to pay for your product — someone who has taken steps to build a team to support the process. The type of person who understands running a company starts with knowing your own strengths and weaknesses.

If you fit the above profile, this group is for you. If you do not yet fit the above profile, we’re probably not a good fit for you (yet).

Come to this meetup for help figuring it out. Find your peers, share war stories, hacks and tips, grow your leadership muscles, and finally have a group of people to talk to who ‘get it’ rather than have to be taught why that complex and difficult problem you are working on is …. complex and difficult.

This is not a leads or networking group. No vendors, no aspirational founders, and everyone has the super minor commitment to bring a healthy open mindset to the table.
