We are going to meet up on the south lawn of the Nelson Museum and we're going to meditate in public. I’ll give a little bit of guidance and a short talk.
What does this cost? It's free. We don't even ask for donations, so it's guilt free too.
What do you need to know before you coming? Nothing.
What is expected of you should you decide to attend? NOTHING.
Why are we doing this?
We are trying to bring some awareness and positivity into the world instead of all the negativity we see all the time.
Bring a cushion, blanket, or chair. Or sit on the grass.
This meditation is led by Daniel Scharpenburg. Daniel is a Meditation Teacher and an ordained Zen Teacher in the Dharma Winds Zen Tradition.
He also has a podcast called “Scharpening the Mind”
