Do you want to start walking? Do you like to meet new friends? We do too! Join us for a stroll around Fountain Hills park 6am weekday mornings to begin our stroll to a healthier lifestyle. We will organize fruits and water and maybe some Sunday morning breakfasts could be thrown in for more fun. Cards and/or games evenings would be on the agenda also. It's your group too, so any suggestions about where to go, and even what to do are welcome. We'll walk the park at our own manageable pace, so no pressure!
