Course will be a brief to Yang style short form, and will be preceded by warm up called chi gong. This is an abbreviated class to introduce students to the joy and balance of learning simple tai chi movement.
Ages 12 to 112. All skills and mobility welcome.
Dress: Comfortable clothes you can move in.
