I found my love for cooking at a very young age. While watching my mother and grandmother cook and entertain, I realized that the kitchen, with all its wonders, was where I belonged.
I bring my passion and love for food to your table. The idea that good food can be simple, elegant, fun, exciting, comforting, and delicious. Cooking is a lifelong love. It is an extension of my personality, family traditions, and nurturing nature.
I look forward to sharing my journey through food with you and yours.

When signing up for the classes, by law, you must alert us to any food allergies.
We cannot be held responsible if you do not warn us in advance.
This is not a restaurant; therefore, there will be no special requests on menu items, i.e., gluten-free, non-dairy, non-fat, etc.
If you have a legitimate, life threatening allergy, you may want to skip the class altogether as all food prepared will be in contact with other foods in a working kitchen
