Welcome. This group is open to all and intended to support sitting meditation practice for people with some experience but beginners are always welcomed with guided meditation.
We gather at 11:30am and start sitting at 11:35-11:40am. We sit for 25-30 minutes then share our experiences. Then we practice walking meditation and when it's nice out use the new Labyrinth in the garden. We end with another shorter sit -a compassion practice- at around 12:45- 1pm.
The group meets on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month @ 11:30am and on the 3rd Tuesday evening of each month @ 7pm.
There's a core group of about 8 people who show up each time. They don't RSVP... so don't let that affect your joining us for mindful meditation and community.
