This group is for people of all backgrounds who:
- Are interested in learning mindfulness and self compassion practices.
-Who would like to meet others that want to make a difference in the world.
-Individuals who want to learn about how mindfulness and self compassion are tools to build resiliency, reduce anxiety, find inner refugee and peace in a chaotic world, build mindful relationships with themselves and others.
