Art Journaling for Relaxation
An art journal is a journal in which you combine art and words to express yourself and have fun. Nurturing our imaginations fosters the growth of intuition. Art journaling can be one of the most rewarding forms of art. Expressing feelings through art helps us sort out and untangle ourselves. Rushing through life we often don’t have time to ask ourselves what we are feeling. Expressing ourselves artistically helps us to relax at deeper levels and provides a type of mental house cleaning that helps us to become more creative. It will allow your inner child to express itself and play. No artistic experience is required. Participants will have free use of mixed media art materials.
