Our speaker this month is Karen Kallay. Karen serves on the board of the Rappahannock Area Community Service Board which is the main tax-supported provider of mental health services. She also serves on a citizen advisory committee for Western State Hospital, the Staunton-based public mental health hospital that serves this area.
