Allison is a former professional dancer and has been teaching and training for over ten years. With expertise in multiple modalities including body weight and strength straining, boot camp, barre and yoga, Allison is able to teach a multifaceted fitness class for all levels. Her years of personal training has given her experience with all types of clients and is able to accommodate and safely train clients with injuries, special goals and those who are pregnant. Because of her love for fitness, Allison creates a fun and challenging environment that even those who “hate working out” will enjoy. Allison spent two years in New York and on the European tour of Melodrama where she worked as the private trainer for Grammy award winning singer, Lorde. In addition to her roster of private clients in Manhattan and Brooklyn, she also trains in the corporate offices of venmo, pinterist, Spotify, Uber, fresh direct and Calvin Klein.
