FREE Yoga for Fitness - All levels
Join us for a fun and FREE bootcamp Saturday the 2nd of September at 12pm in Eel Brook Common park - 5 mins walk from the Parsons Green tube station! We will do 30 mins of HIIT high intensity interval training followed by 30 mins of Vinyasa Flow Yoga with certified instructors. All ages and levels are welcome, free energy balls snacks after the workout! Please bring your own mat. See you there!

We will do 30 mins of HIIT - high intensity interval training with Fitness Professional and Personal Trainer followed by 30 mins of Vinyasa Flow Yoga with a Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor - open to all levels! Free healthy, organic and yummy energy balls will be provided after the workout. Please bring your own mat. See you there!
