Join us for fun and free fitness and yoga 1 hour long bootcamp in Eel Brook Common just 5 mins walk from Parsons Green tube station. We will do 30 mins of HIIT - high intensity interval training with Fitness Professional and Personal Trainer followed by 30 mins of Vinyasa Flow Yoga with a Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor - open to all levels! Free healthy, organic and yummy energy balls will be provided after the workout. Please bring your own mat. See you there!
