Meditation in Ainslie

The theme for the meditation this week is muscle relaxation in meditation - how to achieve it and can you go further?  Stephanie will lead a 20 minute meditation session which encourages deep letting go.  If you don't have to rush off after the meditation, we will be able to spend a little time experimenting with the vibes we give off when we are relaxed.  Do people have auras? The answer might be right under your nose.  Bring your thoughts to share.

Please be punctual so that you have time to get comfy before the meditation begins. Bring something to sit on the wooden floor or use one of the chairs provided. (You are welcome to lie down if you are uncomfortable sitting up.) Meetings finish with a cuppa and chat, and take about an hour and a half.  Bring a gold coin and a light snack to share if you would like to have a snack with your cuppa. 

We are very grateful that Nic is sharing his home for this meeting.  Please don't bring a virus for him.  As most people leave at about the same time, feel free to park behind others in the driveway (the driveway on the right hand side of the block).
