In an attempt to make fitness more fun and accessible, The Hub Gym is offering a Free Community Fitness Class every Saturday morning at 9 a.m. If you are looking for a fun way to get fit, come try a class with us! The classes consist of a little bit of everything...body weight exercises, HIIT (high intensity interval training), boxing (no contact), walking/running and tons of smiles. Not used to group exercise? No worries! This class will meet you at your level. Trainer Steve Alexander will help you make modifications whenever necessary so you can achieve your own individual goals. We plan to offer a class in the future that will allow for families to come together, but for this class we ask that all participants be at least 14 (accompanied by an adult). In order to participate in the boxing portion of the class, you must bring your own gloves! Thank you!
