The first step- The Power of Words/ thoughts. Words/ thoughts are creative. Thought precedes form. Words are outward expressions of thought. The formation of words is called spelling. When you are speaking you are literally casting out spells of varying intensity based on your beliefs and feelings. This is why it's important to choose your words/thoughts wisely. Always try to direct your thoughts and words to the desired outcome. If you say to someone don't forget to bring home the milk, on a subconscious level you are telling them to forget. The reason why is because the subconscious mind thinks in pictures and doesn't recognize words of negation. The better way to phrase this statement is to say remember to bring home the milk. Always direct your words and thoughts to the way wou want it, not the way you don't. I don't want to be late becomes I want to be on time. Don't worry becomes relax, everything will be ok. The second step- Power of Love-Now that you have your thoughts and words in alignment with your desired results, it's time to focus on all the things you love. Why? When you focus on love you bring in more things to love. It's based on the law of attraction which states like attracts like, so when you focus on love you attract more of it. Throughout your day focus on all the things you love like family, friends, food, traveling, your pet, your job or whatever else comes to mind. When you wake each morning choose to be happy. The third step- Power of Gratitude- Give thanks daily to everything you are grateful for. Remember like attracts like, so when you're grateful you are bringing in more things to be grateful for. The fourth step- Power of Faith - have faith knowing if you do these steps regularly your life will improve in every way. You have to practice daily, be persistent, and be patient because you will see improvements. Remember have faith.
