Its been amazing to meet the ones who have been coming to our morning Meditation sessions!
Its the collective energy of kindness, caring, openness, curiosity, growing in spirituality. We are truly happy for and welcome every one who wants to learn this practice and grow in it! So many have had such an amazing experience. We look forward to seeing you at the next class and our collective growth.

Simple, eternal, all-encompassing gentle Love, ( possibly fleetingly initially ), that is expressed in every thing in nature, we learn to tap into the powerful healing, the quiet, the creativity, spontaneity, dynamism, connection with self and others, the Joy, that is the true essence of each human being.
We begin simply and continue the unique learning, growing, discovering extraordinary knowledge.

Important to know
YOGA - Means Union. The Union of Self with the All-Pervading-Power. Yoga as commonly understood to be the physical asanas or postures is not the true meaning of YOGA. It is ONE aspect of it. SAHAJAYOGA is the direct and complete way to achieve the YOGA.
