This year, more than ever, is the time to enjoy the proven physical, emotional and mental benefits of Sahaja Yoga Meditation.
In these sessions you will learn a simple method of meditation which takes you beyond your thoughts, bringing about an experience of mental silence.
You can join at any session. Sessions are suitable for both new and experienced meditators. Chairs are provided for your comfort.
Our classes comply with NSW Government COVID regulations. Due to social distancing we are limited to 9 attendees.
