on Monday evenings
As of Monday, January 13th, we will run a 5 week course, to end on Monday, 10th February.
During the 5 weeks, you will learn about
SAHAJA YOGA MEDITATION
a simple, time-honoured technique that lets you tap into that energy, known as kundalini energy and harness its power, to become better balanced and better connected to yourself — emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a world wide movement for peace and self awakening.
You are welcome to join the course at any time during the 5 weeks, all we ask is that you practice the techniques learnt and see for yourself the changes that can bring about!
The free classes feature introductory talks, videos and practical workshops. They are designed to help those attending get into a genuine meditative state, which can be felt tangibly. It is quite effortless and spontaneous.
The idea is that you don't do yoga - you Achieve Yoga!
