Hello there! - We'd like to welcome you to a Special Free Sahaja Yoga Meditation Programme with Guest Musicians on Sunday 18th August at 2:00 pm -

Sahaja Yoga is practised in over 130 countries around the world and is
based on the authentic and almost forgotten teachings of ancient
Eastern seers, with the emphasis on encouraging the mind to move into
a state of peaceful mental silence. Practitioners from all walks of
life continually report improvements to their health, vitality and
human relationships, often within a matter of weeks from starting to
meditate.

The introductory program will introduce concepts relating to the
subtle practice of real yoga meditation, following which there will be
a peaceful guided meditation leading to Self-Realisation. Music and
light refreshments will bring the afternoon to a close.

With Sahaja Yoga Meditation we normally sit on chairs to achieve yoga, effortlessly & spontaneously. So there is no need for mats and no special clothing required.

All across the globe, many are seeking new sources of energy. Meanwhile, the most transformative energy of all is hiding in plain sight, within us. It's natural, sustainable, and infinitely renewable.

ONLINE GUIDED MEDITATION
Every Wednesday at 7:30 pm - for about 30 minutes
If you can’t make it to one of our weekly programs or wish there were more guided sessions in a week, there’s a Facebook Group: "Meditation Online Ireland" where there’s a live meditation every Wednesday at 7.30 pm. On this group, you can scroll through past guided meditations and watch any one of the hundred or so meditations there, and you can watch them anytime day or night.
