What we're about

This group has been re-branded. For reasons of expansion and providing more privacy to members. A main goal of the group is to provide tools for coping and lessening fear, anxiety and stress. Essentially, I will be providing group teachings about how to function healthfully in an increasingly dysfunctional world. More about me at

This group is also for those who have a loved one with Borderline Personality Disorder. The mission of this group is to provide support to people who have a loved one suffering from BPD, be it a spouse, sibling, parent, child, coworker or a friend. According to NIMH (http://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/topics/borderline-personality-disorder/index.shtml#part1), about 1.6 percent of adults in the United States have BPD in a given year. This is a group for those who wish to have the insight from others in similar situations to help guide them in their relationships with a high conflict person.

I have opened up the group for those who have BPD as well, I hope to provide support and tools to help in managing the flow of life.

Borderline Personality Disorder Support Group

Jen’s Office

Do you suffer from borderline personality disorder? Have you been diagnosed or do you just suspect that you suffer. This group is for those who would like to find support, solutions and tools to help them in their relationships, own mental health and stability and managing emotions in a healthy way. This meet up will be mainly information based on a proposed ongoing program. My office has the capacity to provide licensed mental health, dialectical behavioral therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, licensed marriage and Family therapy and support groups, all therapists highly trained in BPD. Ideally, a closed group would be created, meaning members would create a group and then no new members would come in. This functions as a healthy dynamic fostering trust and growth. Other options are available to be considered. There are so many ways to heal and find more happiness in our lives. This event is donation based, tho groups will be monetized accordingly and affordably.

It will depend on the audience attending, we may hold an introductory meeting.

I have had some requests that a hold a meet up south of town. I would like to get a consensus as to how many are interested and what night and time is best as I have more flexibility over the next few months. The location will likely be either near -Dayton and Arapahoe or Colorado and I-25
