Gather and talk for Loved ones of those who suffer from BPD
Hopefully Free Minders, I will be hosting at my new office located in Southglenn area at University and Arapahoe. Confirmation to follow. I will announce and post if later cation changes. This meeting will be more of a meet and greet to talk about some options for this group. I have loads of ideas I would like to roll out but want to accommodate current members and their needs. Please attend to offer input and if you can’t, offer input anyway! Get in touch with me. I am looking forward to the nice office and location and creating a supportive community with lots different approaches from handling situational stress to overall relief from suffering.

What we're about

This group has been re-branded. For reasons of expansion and providing more privacy to members. A main goal of the group is to provide tools for coping and lessening fear, anxiety and stress. Essentially, I will be providing group teachings about how to function healthfully in an increasingly dysfunctional world. More about me at

This group is also for those who have a loved one with Borderline Personality Disorder. The mission of this group is to provide support to people who have a loved one suffering from BPD, be it a spouse, sibling, parent, child, coworker or a friend. According to NIMH (http://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/topics/borderline-personality-disorder/index.shtml#part1), about 1.6 percent of adults in the United States have BPD in a given year. This is a group for those who wish to have the insight from others in similar situations to help guide them in their relationships with a high conflict person.

I have opened up the group for those who have BPD as well, I hope to provide support and tools to help in managing the flow of life.
