We first experience a relaxing, healing, and blissful guided sitting Mindfulness Meditation with occasional Mindfulness Balanced Movement Meditations
Then, we explore-discuss the theme identified for that meetup with a focus on making the amazing health benefits of mindfulness practical, accessible, + FUN!
We will also make available a meditation oil, which are incredibly helpful in inducing immediate meditative states (alpha, theta, gamma, delta), clearing the mind, and also have wonderful therapeutic qualities.
