Welcome all to our Mindfulness Meditation meetup.

New beginners, we will show you how to meditate mindfully. Experienced meditators, welcome also! We will meditate for 30 minutes followed by sharing, questions, friendship and tea/coffee in our home.

This is a Free Meditation group organized by Bob and Marianne, two experienced long time trained meditators. We have lived and studied yoga and meditation three months at Yasodhara Ashram, B.C. Canada. We have also spent 5 weeks at Plum Village outside Bordeaux, France.

It is a group for those who wish to meditate together and learn about Mindfulness Meditation and Mindfullness in a relaxed and friendly way. We are located in Gausel.

Vi snakker norsk og engelsk. We speak both Norwegian and English and have much knowledge to share in the areas of Mindfulness Meditation and personal development. Our desire is to "pay it forward" and give something back for the life we have.

We are interested in bringing people together who have a real interest in meditation, personal development and friendship. In this regard please RSVP if you are coming. Generally speaking, we are interested in people, both singles and couples.

We love to get to know new people, are interested in other cultures and are LGBT friendly. We laugh often, travel, and enjoy nature. We invite you to our home to meditate and share friendship together.
