If you are interested at all, please come or contact me! :) Looking for people who like tai chi, qigong, or anyone who practices or has an interest in martial arts. I would like to teach taijiquan (also known as tai chi) and develop my skills as a teacher while helping people get more flexible, build more strength and balance and become more relaxed. This practice has benefited my life and has postivly changed my character and well-being, and now it is time I allow others to experience this gift. The purpose of this meetup is to act as a reference point for anyone interested in tai chi, qi gong, or for people who just like to hug trees...

I will do my best to answer any questions you have and any ones i cannot answer i will bring to my own teacher. I am a student as well as an instructor, and would like to give you the best answer possible. 

We start class off with a nice warm up, then move into something called "wuji stance" which is a simple posture that has a myriad of benefits for the body. After training with that, we move into some grounding exercises and form practice. After that there is an optional meditation to take part in. All this will make more sense when if you come to the meetup itself and experience the practice. Again, if you want anymore clarification on things, please contact me at

I've decided that i am going to start charging 5 dollars per meetup. Not only am I a student of my own martial arts school and am paying for that, but i believe what i teach is worth at least the 5 dollars, if not more. This will go towards covering the meetup fee of 15 dollars a month.
