With Sahaja Yoga Meditation we normally sit on chairs to achieve yoga, effortlessly & spontaneously. So there is no need for mats and no special clothing required.
All across the globe, many are seeking new sources of energy. Meanwhile, the most transformative energy of all is hiding in plain sight, within us. It's natural, sustainable, and infinitely renewable.
It's called inner kundalini energy. And everyone already has it — everyone! It is often likened to an inner feminine or motherly energy which automatically knows about us and what is needed to help us restore balance and harmony within our subtle being. It works spontaneously, effortlessly, organically and cannot be paid for.
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple time-honoured technique that lets you tap into that energy and harness its power to become better balanced and better connected to yourself — emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually
The experience of Sahaja Yoga Meditation and Self-Realisation is subtle and extremely gentle. One enjoys a peaceful state where thinking reduces and the mind becomes still, whilst remaining fully aware in the present moment. With regular meditation, one develops deep inner stillness and calm, and an increased ability to deal with the challenges and stresses of daily life.
Our sessions feature introductory talks, guided meditations, videos, practical workshops, with time for questions. There are ample opportunities to discuss the aims, culture and tradition of meditation, along with sharing practical insights on meditating at home and methods of maintaining balance throughout the day.

ONLINE GUIDED MEDITATION
Every Wednesday at 7:30 pm - for about 30 minutes
If you can’t make it to one of our weekly programs or wish there were more guided sessions in a week, there’s a Facebook Group: "Meditation Online Ireland" where there’s a live meditation every Wednesday at 7.30 pm. On this group, you can scroll through past guided meditations and watch any one of the hundred or so meditations there, and you can watch them anytime day or night.
