Melissa teaches a mellow, yet challenging Hatha Flow for All Levels on the beach.
Hatha uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop mindful awareness, strength and flexibility in your practice and your life. Hatha conditions your body and mind to relax even when in challenging situations.
Bring a blanket or a yoga mat, and drink plenty of water before and after class.
