Come alone or bring a friend. Learn movement and sensing skills practicing the rare Yang 88 partner form. We also practice “pushing hands” which is another classic 2-person Tai Chi exercise. Plus some 2-person exercises from Ba Gua. Expect a fun, informal atmosphere. Beginners and all ages welcome. Most students come alone and practice with the other students. Wear comfortable clothing. Please practice without shoes to protect the padded studio floor. The class is ongoing; a life-long practice.
