Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple technique to enrich your life and connect you to the joy that resides within each one of us. This meditation is unique in its ability to awaken and connect to your Inner Energy and influence the movement of this energy up through your body's seven primary energy centers to achieve an overall well-being and ultimately establish a connection of your energy with the universal energy that is all around us. It is a spontaneous process that transforms us from within and helps us to manifest qualities like compassion, generosity and unselfish love.
Through this meditation we can get into a balanced state, which helps to reduce stress and ultimately brings about inner peace and joy. It is free and easy to learn and establish.
Each week we will:
• Experience effortless, thoughtless meditation • Learn about our subtle system consisting of chakras and energy channels • Have tools for meditating at home • Balance and adjust the subtle energy channels • Be able to diagnose and correct imbalances in the subtle energy centers in the body by decoding signals on the hands
