This group is to support smart, successful women just like you who want to stop overeating. I understand that you feel stressed and just want to disconnect by the time evening comes so you give in to the nagging food voice and turn to chips, ice cream or [insert your own] when you aren't hungry. My goal with this group is to help women uncover why they eat when they aren't hungry and help them discover that when they free the limiting stories and beliefs in their mind, the weight will easily follow.
