Anger is an emotion when it is controlled can be used as a positive emotional force. However, when it is uncontrolled, anger can be a destructive and devastating emotion that affects relationships, careers, and the personal well-being of the individual. This class will provide a definition of anger, what anger looks like in the life of an individual, how individuals react when angry, how anger is expressed and the effects of anger on others. The class will also provide practical solutions for participants in addressing anger in their own lives.
