What we're about

No Stigma Network (NSN) offers peer support as well as social opportunities for young adults, 18 - 29 dealing with mental health challenges. Whether you are a "survivor" of depression, an anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, or other mental health disorder, you will find acceptance and understanding in No Stigma Network's groups and social activities. We allow individuals to express themselves in a nonjudgmental, confidential, and caring atmosphere. We run monthly peer support meetings for our "survivors," and also offer support (separately) for their parents/caregivers/loved ones. Our meetings are geared to the needs and issues that are faced by young adults, and which can be complicated by mental health challenges. Our mission is to empower our members to achieve wellness, self-reliance, competence, and social comfort.
