NSN is offering online meetings during the coronavirus quarantine. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for info about those meetings. No Stigma Network (NSN) offers peer support as well as social opportunities for all adults dealing with mental health challenges. We offer separate support groups for young adults, 18 - 30, and for adults over 30. Social activities are open to all our members. Whether you are a "survivor" of depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, or other mental health challenges, you will find acceptance and understanding in No Stigma Network's support groups and social activities. We encourage individuals to express themselves in a nonjudgmental, confidential, and caring atmosphere. We run regular, scheduled peer support meetings which are geared to the needs and issues faced by the two age groups.
'Our mission is to empower our members to achieve wellness, self-reliance, and social comfort and competence. Our "survivors" (members) often become motivated to participate in community outreach and advocacy. The mission to eliminate stigma is thereby extended into the community.
