With the freeletics group workout sessions, you’ll get a warm welcome to the community, as well as all the guidance and help you need from our team of ambassadors, to kick-start your fitness journey. Here’s what you can expect when you join a local freeletics session:
The sessions use workouts from the freeletics fitness app, which you can download to your phone for free. We choose a workout and do it together as a group, or you can choose your own.
Starting with a warmup, the ambassadors will show you how to get ready for the exercises that will follow.
After that, you’ll try out one of the famous freeletics god workouts. Here you will get a chance to experience first hand what all the fuss around freeletics is all about and why it’s so important to have a community behind you supporting you on your fitness journey.
The session will finish with a cool down, so your body can already begin the all-important muscle regeneration process.
Can you bring a friend? Of course you can! Everyone is more than welcome to join the sessions, no matter their fitness level. There is no cost - all you need is your phone, your mat and a bottle of water. And maybe some willpower too.
