A fun, social fitness group suitable for all ages and fitness levels!
The group offers Bootcamp classes twice a week with an emphasis on having fun and encouragement to new members or those who need extra support. On a typical week the Tuesday session is a circuit training style workout, while the Saturday session focuses on more game like activities.
Also once a month I will organise a social event, which might be a fitness related activity such as hiking or a bike ride, something more casual such as a cinema trip or bowling, or just simply catching up over lunch or a coffee.
Bootcamp sessions are held at Wharepai Domain (Tauranga CBD) on Tuesdays 5.30pm and Saturdays 9.30am
Workouts are designed to cater for everyone, whether you want to lose weight, feel healthier, improve fitness for a particular sport or just meet new people! The sessions are about encouraging each other in a team environment, trying out new ways to improve fitness, and most importantly having fun!
$10 per session, or $50 for 6 weeks for 1 session per week, or $90 for 6 weeks for 2 sessions per week.
