As a part of your French London Experience, we are offering various activities to experience the French culture from every angle. This month... we are having a very close look on Cheese and Wine.

Of course, we will find out more about Cheese, about Wine, and about Cheese and Wine together in order to learn how to pair them.

Our Cheese & Wine pairing Class will occur all in French, and that class suits French learners from intermediate level to advanced level, and natives too. We will be here to help (if needed) as usual.

What will we be doint?

In three steps, with 6 cheeses and 4 wines, you will be guided through a real sensitive journey by 2 professionals, a wine expert and a cheese expert (not me then...)

The aim of the tasting is for all attendees to understand how Sommeliers and Chefs pairs those two delights together!

Cheeses paired with the wine are coming from various artisan producers
in France sourced by Cheezelo. You will learn facts about cheeses, the types and flavours, how it's made and become a real cheese connoisseur via this experience.

Wines tasted are a mixed of White and Red from French small
vineyard selected by One to Wine. You will learn how to identify the colour, smell and taste of the wine, an introduction to wine tasting and learning about pairing and discovering aromas between the wines and the cheeses.

Support are provided to take notes, as well as tasting cards that
participants can keep for future references.

There is a minimum of 8 attendees and a maximum of 10.

Notice that a charge of £35 is due to block and confirm your space. That includes wine, cheese and admin fees.

Booking in advance is necessary to confirm the 2 experts and the venue. Send me an email to get the payement process on frenchlondonexperience at gmail dot com. Thanks
