Using Confluence or WordPress for Document Management

This Meetup will feature Charles Miller discussing the use of Web Apps for Document Management. He'll discuss WordPress and Confluence as content management systems that can provide support  for a SaaS (Software as a Service) web application. He'll also provide comprehensive criteria for basing your selection of a documentation tool, whether it be WordPress, Confluence, or other Wiki-like content management systems, including discussion of using an API to push content to other systems.

This should be very interesting for people looking to find solutions for augmenting their customer support, providing internal documentation, and exploring novel ways of using website technology.

As someone who have been comparing different software to help manage input from users on different computer system, I found Charles' presentation really fascinating. We, also, use a table to compare different software, but our metrics are not quite as extensive. Like others, I would be very interested in seeing (again) the table that he used.

Thank you, Charles, that was great information. Hope to see your spreadsheet, or at least a truncated version, soon! :)
