Mt Tabor Hill/Stair Walk
This Meet Up is scheduled during one my regularly scheduled classes. You are welcome to come join us, on the house, for your first visit! If you enjoy it, as most folks do, then you will need to register for classes here (https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/home?studioid=44711). Punchcards are available and apply to all my classes on the schedule. FITNESS LEVEL: MEDIUM This group moves at a moderate to somewhat intense pace and is designed for those comfortable with hills/slopes/stairs and quick walking. I started Take It Outside Fitness to share ways to use the outdoors at our gym. I strongly feel that the more we get outside, connect with each other in our communities the better off we all can be. Anyone is welcome but please note the fitness level indicated in the description. By registering and participating in any of the Friends of Take It Outside Fitness classes and events you agree that you are responsible for your own health, safety and welfare at all times. Take It Outside Fitness LLC, Kristin Jackson, other students are not responsible in the case of injury, accident, etc. DO NOT use these events to sell or promote your services, products, business, etc.

What we're about

Hi! This group is for people looking for fun, friendship, fresh air and fitness. Friends of Take It Outside Fitness is hosted by Health Coach and Personal Trainer, Kristin Jackson, who strongly believes we live healthier and happier lives through movement, creativity (http://www.meetup.com/Crafty-Nights-and-More-in-South-Tabor-SE-PDX/) and the outdoors. So please join us!

Join us for a Free Event—like a hike, bike ride, or a neighborhood walk. It's all about connecting people right in our own neighborhoods so we can live healthier lives within healthier communities.
