Hello Beautiful Meditators,

We are holding another day of beautiful meditation with an emphasis on dance and movement. All welcome whether you have meditated before or are an enlightened master!

Please bring a little vegetarian food to share at lunchtime as we all contribute to a lovely surprise buffet style lunch!!

As usual the cost is £15 for the whole day with all proceeds going to the ASCA charity.

Entry: Doors open at 11.30 for a prompt start at 12.00 for those doing Osho Dynamic (highly recommended). We regret nobody will be admitted after 12 as there is nobody to man the door BUT you are welcome to join us between 1.15 and 2.00 as well when we are having lunch. These are the only entry times for the event.

The Program:
11.30 to 12-00. Doors open, welcome and cup of tea.

12.00 (prompt) to 1.10. OSHO DYNAMIC MEDITATION, a very physical meditation involving chaotic breathing, catharsis, energy centering, silence and dance. A powerful cleansing and opening process, please wear loose clothes and be prepared to sweat!

1.10 to 2.00. LUNCH, sharing the food people have brought. You are welcome to socialise, eat mindfully or just relax in the meditation room.

2.00 to 3.10 OSHO NADABRAHMA MEDITATION, a beautiful seated meditation, eyes closed, humming lightly with gentle gongs and chimes followed by silence.

3.10 to 3.30 Tea from our always extensive collection of herbal brews.

3.30 to 4.30 TRIBAL MEDITATION, a powerful dance based meditation awakening and honoring the four elements inside us

Tea to 5pm

5.10 to 6.15 (ish) OSHO NATARAJ MEDITATION, Nataraj the Lord of the Dance inspired Osho to formulate this 1 hour meditation consisting of 45 minutes of dance and a quarter of an hour of silent stillness ........ Be the dance not the dancer!

After ending people are welcome to stay for another cup of tea and help clear up if they wish!

Looking forward to seeing you there, old hands or new faces you are most welcome at this happy, established Osho celebration.

Always with love, Donald xxx
