This is a group for anyone with chronic knee pain before and after having knee replacement surgery. Many people had high expectations after knee surgery, however after months of pain they've started second guessing their decision. I started this group because I had knee pain for many, many years. I decided to take a non-invasive route to remedy my knee pain. Over a 10 year period and 1,000 of hours of trial and error attempts I created a method called R.I.S.E. vs the traditional R.I.C.E. to reduce knee pain. My clients and friends that have experience knee replacement surgery are now feeling less pain and returning to an active life after using R.I.S.E.
