Let's get together for an affordable vegan bread & pizza making lesson, learn simple tricks and tips on how to effortlessly make a fresh loaf of Wholemeal bread, knead & form your very own Marinated Vegetable Pizza and more!

About the Founder:
Minel started baking at the tender age of 13. She is a strict vegetarian. Her childhood days were spent in Malaysia. Growing up in the 1980’s, meant having little access to delicious vegetarian treats. The lack of accessibility coupled with, tasted buds that enjoyed a sweet treat, honed her inspiration to bake. Over time, the joy it brought to those biting in is what turned the inspiration into continuous motivation to bake.
Minel is passionate about share and promoting the joy of vegetarian baking, hence Sugar & Flour was started.

1. Homemade Margarita Pizza (Topped by a freshly made tomato base)
2. Wide Crust Ricotta-Spinach Pizza
3. Marinated Vegetable Pizza
4. Italian Focaccia Bread (Beautiful olive bread topped with an array of seasonal produce)
5. Burger Bun / Dinner Rolls / Pull Apart Bread (Learn a few assortments of this)
6. Wholemeal / White / Fruit & Nut Bread
