Are you new to barefooting outdoors?

Do you have a preference to where you would like to have trips to?

Tell us about one of your great barefooting experiences or locations.

At some level I think hiking or being in nature can be a spiritual / meditative experience. Barefoot hiking increases this by drawing attention to the sensations in your feet and helps to keep you in the present. Its a nice way to experience nature
