The documentary "Bidder 70" follows Tim DeChristopher, a Utah college student who derailed a federal oil and gas land auction. Bidding millions, with no money nor intention to drill, his purpose was to save thousands of pristine acres surrounding U.S. National Parks in Utah. He was charged and found guilty of two felonies.
Event sponsored by The Sierra Club and the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Las Vegas.
