******* WE ARE POSTPONING THIS TRIP UNTIL SEPT. 2019 FOR OKTOBERFEST 2019! ******
-----------------------------------------------------

Join Fun Happenings Travel & Adventure Group for a "Once in a Lifetime Experience" as we visit Munich Germany during Oktoberfest, along with Salzburg Austria and Prague Czech Republic in Sept. 2019.

This tour is an incredible value, if you consider the cost of city center hotels in Munich ($500 - $550 a night), during Oktoberfest... and our hotels are beautiful, hand-selected 4 and 5 star hotels, located in the center of each city center.

Oktoberfest is known as the World's oldest and largest beer festival, but it is so much more! From humble beginnings as a royal wedding celebration to the almost month long Bavarian extravaganza that it has become, Oktoberfest has enough beer, live music, pork sausages, merchandise and amusement park attractions to keep you entertained for several days!

Our group will be staying at top-rated 4 and 5 star hotels in the heart of each city- so we will fully immerse ourselves in the local culture and experience Munich, Salzburg and Prague like never before!

SOME OF THE HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR 10 DAY TOUR WILL INCLUDE:

- Experience Oktoberfest like a Local, as we spend a full day at Oktoberfest and toast beer and mingle with the locals, enjoy authentic German cuisine and enjoy traditional Bavarian Music in one of the most popular Oktoberfest Tents. (2nd day at Oktoberfest is optional or to explore Munich on your own).

- Visit and Tour the World's most well known Bavarian Castle, King Ludwig’s NEUSCHWANSTEIN CASTLE (http://www.neuschwanstein.de/englisch/palace/), which famously inspired Walt Disney to design Cinderella's Castle after this beauty!

https://youtu.be/QrJyeearNNk

- We will visit the Residenz Square in Salzburg, made famous in the movie The Sound of Music and visit the birth home and now museum of the famous composer Mozart.

- On our way to Prague, we will visit the medieval Czech village and UNESCO World Heritage site, Český Krumlov (http://www.czechtourism.com/t/cesky-krumlov-unesco/)- which is known as one of the most picturesque towns in all of Europe! Here we will stop for lunch and have free time to explore.

- In Prague, we will take a unique Beer Tour that reveals the best-kept secrets how Czech beer is made, why it is considered the best in the world, and why the Czechs drink more than anyone else. Our experienced guide will provide us with local insights and take us to three authentic pubs / beer halls; each specializing in a different Czech beer.

- Free Days in Munich and Prague, to explore these two beautiful cities on your own. All of Fun Happenings' tours offer a good mix of sightseeing and free time.
